For four years, Greg has been working with the team at Binks Forest Golf Club.  Greg brings an extensive knowledge of the South Florida golf market to Binks Forest. As the manager of a Palm Beach County golf facility and founder of a golf equipment repair company, he developed relationships with local clubs, hotels, golf professionals and top amateurs. His relationships in the golf industry and strong ties to the community serve as a natural springboard for leading the team at Binks Forest Golf Club.

Greg lives in West Palm Beach with his wife and four sons. He has degrees in Communications and English from the University of Pennsylvania.
Whitney Buchanan - Director of Catering.  Call Whitney at (561) 578-8206
Whitney Buchanan comes to Binks Forest Golf Club from North Carolina where she  gained her knowledge of catering and special events by studying Hospitality Management at East Carolina University.  While in North Carolina she found her niche in the golf and country club market.  After successfully leading the banquet teams at several clubs in North Carolina, Whitney relocated to Florida.  She continued to expand her expertise of social and corporate events while working in the sales and catering department at PGA National Resort and Spa.  Whitney has a true passion for the catering and special events industry, and feels that every event deserves the same dedication and attention to detail.

Wheeler Stewart - Director of Golf.  Call Wheeler at (561) 578-8201

Wheeler Stewart brings impressive playing credentials and business experience to the Binks Forest team. His golf career began at the University of Alabama and continued throughout the northeast at nationally renowned clubs such as Congressional in Washington, D.C. Along the way, he won the Maryland Open and The Middle Atlantic PGA Championship . Wheeler also represented the United States on a victorious PGA Cup Team in 1986.

Throughout his career, Wheeler has demonstrated his skills both on and off the course as a player, teacher, and merchandiser. While in Maryland, he increased revenue at Oakland Golf Club by 40% during his tenure. Down the road from Binks Forest, he engineered the successful opening of Madison Green Golf Club in 2001. Before coming to Binks Forest, Wheeler was the head golf professional at Wellington Country Club. Wheeler looks forward to capitalizing on his experience in the western communities and making Binks Forest the best game in town.

Bob Still - Marketing & Membership Director at (561)670-8489

Bob Still’s 30-plus years career in sports marketing and public relations has been an award winning ride. Bob’s sports experience ranges from working in the pr/communications/marketing departments for such national organizations as the Kansas City Chiefs (NFL), Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, PGA of America, National Youth Sports Association and the National Sports Officials Association. He also served as National Executive Director for the National Police Athletic and Activities League and he spent some time at Madison Green Golf Club during 2010-11.

He has managed numerous local and national golf events from the Len Dawson Celebrity Classic; National Oldsmobile Scramble; USF&G Skins Game; MCI Long Drive Championship; PGA’s National Golf Day and secured corporate sponsorship for the USA Ryder Cup Teams in 1989 & 1991. He has also coordinated many golf outings and special events for Fortune 100 companies such as Eastman-Kodak, General Motors, The Travelers Companies and more. Bob was a member of the USA Golf Writer’s Cup winning team in 1989.
 

Richard Green - Golf Course Superintendent at(561) 333-5731

Richard Green began his work in the golf course industry in 1983 and never looked back.  He has served as Golf Course Superintendent for the past 19 years at such prestigious Florida clubs as John’s Island Club in Vero Beach, Woodmont Country Club in Tamarac, The Fountains Golf and Country Club in Lake Worth and the T.P.C. at Eagle Trace in Coral Springs. During his time at Eagle Trace, Richard worked for the PGA Tour, preparing the course to host the 1996 Honda Classic. He joined the Binks Forest team in November, 2010.

Richard has been a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association since 1993, the South Florida Golf Course Superintendents Association since 1991 and the Palm Beach Superintendents Association, where he served as membership director in 2005 and secretary in 2006 and 2007.  He also has an extensive background in multiple course management and golf course renovation.

Mark Adams - Executive Chef.  Call Mark at (561) 578-8230

Mark comes to South Florida from Brooklyn, New York. He is a graduate of the Manhattan School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Before coming to Florida, Mark honed his culinary skills at Tavern on the Green, The Russian Tea Room, Palios, and Club 21.

Locally, Mark has serviced fine clubs such as the Boca Polo Club, Parkland, and Boca Pointe Country Club. He has a great culinary background and makes the food at Binks Forest stand out.  Since opening the Binks Forest Banquets and Catering department in January 2009 Mark has earned two awards for outstanding food presentation.
